Andanda is a simple and intuitive application developed by Zaragoza Deporte Municipal. It allows you to track your walking activity and analyze your results. With Andanda, you can measure distance, time, steps, pace, and calories burned.

This walking app is suitable for anyone looking to start a physical activity routine. It features Amanda, a virtual advisor designed in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Sports Medicine, who provides personalized goals based on each individual's fitness level. These goals indicate the recommended number of walks per week, the duration of each walk, the pace to maintain, and the target duration.

To get started, simply press the "Start Walking" button, and Andanda will begin counting your steps, distance, active calories, and more. When you finish your walk, press "Finish," and it will be saved in your walking history.

How it works:

• Download and register in the app easily.
• Start walking and activate the "Start Walking" button.
• Review all your walks in the "Completed Walks" section.
• Create personalized goals through our virtual advisor in the "My Goals" section.
• Keep track of your progress towards your goals in the "Goal Tracker" section.

Important Note:

Some mobile devices may not accurately track the number of steps during your walk. In such cases, the displayed data may be approximate and vary depending on where you carry your phone or your walking style. The app provides a message to notify users of this discrepancy.
